As its title suggests, I wanted to create a certain fairytale, or dreamlike charm in this painting. I chose a bold pink for the small house, and tucked it back into a "corner" of the woods. As innocuous as this scene may appear at first glance, there still remains an element of mystery to the sum of the objects arranged in this manner.
