Image size: We prefer horizontal images to have a width of no less than 800 pixels, and vertical images to have a height of no less than 625 pixels. Otherwise, the images may be too small to provide enough detail for the juror. Save the images with as little compression as possible while maintaining a file size less than 2 MB. We will resize the images for display on the Internet.

File format: Images must be PC compatible and saved in the JPEG or TIFF file format (with a .jpg or .tif extension).

File names: File names should not have spaces, punctuation marks, or non-English characters.

Instructions for sending: Please send your images one at a time (1 per email), rather than all at once. In your email message include the title of the artwork and your name. If you are using Microsoft Outlook, please use the "plain text" format. Please send your images to info@artkudos.com
