The Tri An Foundation seeks an inspiring design for a monument to honor the millions of Americans and Vietnamese who fought side-by-side to stop communist aggression and give the South Vietnamese people their freedom. 20th Annual ArtWorks of Eau Gallie Fine Arts Festival

ArtWorks of Eau Gallie in Melbourne, FL invites artists to display their original fine art or fine craft on November 19 & 20, 2016, the weekend before Thanksgiving. This outdoor festival is a working artists show. Artists display finished works for sale and also create art work in their booths. Demonstrators' Awards are included in the award monies. The CDS/Honickman First Book Prize in Photography is given to a North American photographer pursuing work of creative or social importance. Winners have the editorial, design, production, and marketing support to realize a body of work in print. Endangered Art & Photography Contest 2016

This global, juried, online art contest aims to focus attention on the plight of endangered and threatened species/habitats. Cash prizes totaling $2,750 will be awarded in each category, and $500 will be awarded in the Young Artists Contest. A selection of entries will be exhibited in Miami, Nov 28 - Dec 1. Entries should interpret or reflect "Endangered" - a celebration of the beauty of endangered or threatened species/habitats; or an illustration of the threats facing endangered species/habitats.
