Living in the Roaring Fork Valley in western Colorado since 1997, Carol Rothrock captures her passion for nature in rich, luminous pastel paintings. The artist works in her Spring Valley studio or often paints plein air in her surroundings. She also teaches children's art classes at Carbondale Community School and is the mother of three.
