Jan Fabian Wallake, TWSA, RRWS, NPWS

Biography
Jan Fabian Wallake is a professional watercolor artist who lives in Stillwater, MN. Her dramatic style of contemporary expressionism is based on geometric shapes balanced with organic forms and incorporates glowing color glazes. Jan instructs painting workshops all around the country and in foreign locations. She has two instructional videos available, "Jan Fabian Wallake Watercolors: Fun and Easy Special Effects" and "Pour On Glowing Glazes". Jan is a past President of the Minnesota Watercolor Society, a signature member of the Midwest Watercolor Society, Red River Watercolor Society and the Northern Plains Watercolor Society. She has authored three featured articles for "American Artist" and "The Artist's Magazine" and has authored a book for North Light Publications titled, "Watercolor: Pour It On!".
