"Analog Photography for the Digital Age"

Hand-crafted, thoughtful and a bit magical: all these describe the process of traditional film photography. Explore its tools and techniques, including film-to-digital methods of creating imagery without a darkroom. Working hands-on, learn how to best promote the strengths of this fascinating medium in a way that complements your time, budget and vision. No experience necessary. RA Friedman is a figurative artist who works with drawing and analog photography. His studio practice is informed by a background in science, theatre set design, and painting. A regular contributor to The Laboratory Arts Collective Magazine and faculty member at Pratt Manhattan, he is currently working on a suite of ten multi-figure pinhole photographs.
