Plein Air artists from around the country are invited to paint on location in the City of Victor, CO during the 26th anniversary of Victor Celebrates the Arts. Professional and Emerging artists participate in painting various scenes in and around our historic town and many nearby legendary 1890s gold mining sites. All paintings must be painted en plein air - on site, directly from life - within a 10-mile radius of Victor City Hall during the week before the show and sale. $4,000+ will be awarded.
